Job Description

THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working with a Sheffield based engineering business as they look to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.


THE JOB: To provide reactive and proactive support in maintaining critical plant and equipment, whilst utilising a CMMS system to collate information on equipment in order to minimise downtime.


Principle Accountabilities: Complete repairs and maintenance of building fabric and facility.


Fault diagnosis on range of NC & PLC controls Complete repairs on various types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.


Complete compliance and remedial works following external services and inspections Identify any OEM requirements Working safely in line with company safety standards and procedures Highlight HSE concerns, near misses or possible improvements THE PERSON: Electrically or Mechanically apprentice-trained Maintenance Engineer - Essential Multi-skilled Engineer (capable of both Electrical and Mechanical maintenance engineering) Experience with PLC control systems - Essential Experience with NC Control Systems - Essential FLT - Desirable MEWP - Desirable PLC Qualification - DesirableTHE BENEFITS: This role is over a 3-shift pattern (days, afternoons and nights) Shift allowance Holiday Sick Pay Pension Brewster Partners Engineering is a division of the Brewster Partners Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talent in engineering, technical and operations jobs in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
